My season total this year is at 10.5", about what a normal desert would expect. This time last year, it was 20". Two years ago this time it was over 50".
 
Major thunder/snowstorm to the SE over Thomas Mountain about 35 miles away. Nothing here to record but Anza looks like it’s snowing there.

I think the rainy season is done here. Nothing in the long range forecast other than near 80 temps and a lot of wind. Fire season will be back soon.

Forecast high tomorrow 84. Several cities nearby are expected to break records. There is a slight chance for rain after the weekend.

The warm weather is nice except all the plants are flowering early and the pollen is really thick. Stuff that makes you dizzy. Fire season is already here in South Dakota.
