Lenzod 36 volt 250 watt wiring diagram

That controller is equipped for a display. There may be some trickery you can do to the display plug to turn it on without one, but whatever settings it starts up with are what you get. Probably disappointing.

You can get a dirt cheap new controller that doesn't want a display, or you can find a display for what you've got.

Need wiring diagram or how to turn on controller without a display
There's no generic diagram for that; each one is specific.

You can open the controller and find the two wires (probably from the connnector with the most wires in it) that go to battery voltage points, and then connect them, and that should turn it on. But as Chalo notes, you only get the default settings, whatever they are, when it turns on. Some of them start in an "off" mode, like a "PAS level 0", and without the display to change the assist level, can't be made to operate the motor. Some may start only in a low level, or limited power, speed, etc.

There will be one wire that goes to battery positive, probably right to where the main B+ thick wire solders to the board.

There will be a second wire that goes to that same end of the controller, but to the input of the LVPS (low voltage power supply, the parts that generate 5v/etc for the MCU).

All the other wires in the connector will probably go to the opposite end of the controller from the battery wires, and will be left unconnected.
