insulator ring is textured on one side, you can see a bit of "shine" in between 12 and 1 o-clock but?

In the mid-90s Macalester College, St. Paul, MN sponsored the publication of a new magazine entitled "Business Ethics" in cooperation with their MBA programs. Its small circulation never caught on with the business world. It only lasted a couple years.

Do you think it's possible that "Business Ethics" is an oxymoron  ... when young and wet behind the ears we tend to be idealistic. Then with accumulated years and experience comes a measure of cynicism as it's an uphill struggle to drain the swamp.

FWIW, those two DOD tests at and below 2.5V with the infamous 3.44V cell may have resulted in less self-discharge, but still too early to tell. Will post the first 5 days elapsed time (2/15 to 2/20) Saturday afternoon, then after 10 days followed by 15 days (2/15 to 3/2/21).
