Looking at two different tires anyone have any experience with either one of these

2.15 or 2.35 ebike50 Or
Kenda kick Dremlin sport 2.20 ebike50
On a 23in mtb large.
Also how long a brake cable is 1650mm OK for the rear.
Plus going with 26in Weizmann dm30 rim.
Any suggestions ? Only one order, one time.
