Making a room temperature

I wan to test my battery module in a constant temperatures (both subzero and high temperature). I don't wan to buy thermal chamber because it is so expensive.

I would like to know do you have any suggestions or experience about it?

Note: the dimension of the module is following as:
Height: 300 mm
Width: 1900 mm
Length: 800 mm
Weight: 70 kg

This is a battery testing to investigate the behavior of battery in sub zero as well as high temperature.

Actually this paper and thousands papers like this are good for reading and understanding the behavior of battery. But I want to do experiment and I need to use thermal chamber. But this is expensive and I have to use or build my thermal chamber or room temperature.
I would like to know how can I do it. For example can I use chiller to hold the battery in subzero? Is it safe?
