Back to business after a long pause due to the attention needed to raise a kid doesn't leave much room for garage fun !
The display is up and running but I did not find in the sevcon docs how-to configure the vehicle speed... any input is welcome.

ps : 1 display is able to read informations from all controllers available at the same time. Works great so far.

Its funny reading this thread for the first time without noting the date stamps. I see pictures of a new born and suddenly she is 4 years old lol.
Anyway I love your project. There are similarities with my own yet still significant differences. I personally wouldn't go with the on hub motors due to unsprung weight. But to each their own. I dream of making a Porsche 55 spyder EV but the panel skills are above me for now. Mine is 450KG and draws 1000amps for the launch off the line. I sit on my driveway launching over and over and over again. Can't get the grin off my face. Competitions are great fun too. People don't know what to make of it.
Oh I also have a suggestion if you ever plan to enter a competitive event. Find somewhere on the outer extremes of the car for extra kill switches. The officials here specifically asked for them to be on the extreme edges of the car. This is ugly but it means first responders don't have to reach into the cockpit to kill the power.

your project is amazing! And i am also working on two Sevcon controller(Gen4) in master/slave mode. But it occurs some problem e.g.SDO timeout, HBeat and so on. Could you send me your dcf.file in master/slave mode? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,
still alive...
I've had the opportunity to get a magnificient Swiss milling machine :
I redesigned my anti-roll bars where the long shaft is linked to the chassis, the short has its ends linked to each suspension arm, the metal sheet acts as a spring (that spring might evolve after some testing...)
And I'm almost done:

Hi there, back at it...took some stainless steel bar :
made a drawing to make sure I forget nothing :
spent a few hours on the milling machine :
stick weld the lot :
Et voilà ! Time to put them back on the car and test them again...
