My New EM3ev 52V 17.5ah Battery

Greetings to all:
I am new to this forum and have one question. I recently ordered a Bafang BBSHD kit w 52v 17.5ah battery from EM3ev. I suppose it will arrive in three to six weeks, and am very excited. I am also ordering a "back-up" charger from a different source and they have asked me what sort of connectors I need. I asked EM3ev, but am awaiting a reply (grrrr...).
Does anyone know what type of connectors are likely to be on the battery from them?

Your EM3ev battery will very likely come with a MALE XT-90 , so your charger will need to be the FEMALE XT-90

EM3ev batteries do tend to come with XT90 discharge connectors, and you can charge through there if you want, but you'd have to unplug the battery from the bike each time, if you go that route.

EM3ev most often uses Anderson Powerpole connectors for charging.

the battery will of course not come with a MALE connector, it will come with a FEMALE connector with anti spark, I think it is called XT90-S.
And the additional charge connector cable will probably end in an Anderson connector.
