Parts for rebuilding wheel

Hi, I have been researching and trying to understand wheel technical specs figuring out what to buy in order to rebuild my wheel.
I'd like to check if it makes sense what I decided to get, or if i am missing anything. Any reply appreciated! I`m based in the UK.

I have a bms battery q11 48v kit with 28" wheel.
I also have schwalbe marathon plus tyres 28" 622x32

I would like to get a new rim and spokes and nipples and to move the motor onto that.

So I am thinking,

This rim:

I am guessing the tyres should fit on the new rim, right? and everything should fit together?

I`m looking to carry quite a bit on the bike so the aim is to have a wheel that is strong.

If you're continuing to run 32mm wide tires, then that rim is a bit wide in my opinion. They say the rim ETRTO (interior width) is 25c, which is more appropriate for tires over 42 or 47mm wide. You'd be better served by a rim with an ETRTO of between 18-20.

the Ryde one says max weight 180kg and recommended 130kg, whereas dt swiss says 140kg. I`m not quite sure if there`s a huge diference between them.
