QS205 50H 6T?

Awesome,i look forward to your thoughts on the low kv motor buddy.Really does shine if you add in some extra voltage :)

Well took the bike on some ATV trails today, super fun! Extremely muddy too :mrgreen:

The 6T motor performed extremely well off road without any heat issues whatsoever. Really glad I got this one instead of the 5 turn.

going back tomorrow to the same spot and to also hit some single track I didn’t get a chance today to ride on. These are some new trails to me and I met some guys on some ATVs that showed me all the cool spots. Very thankful for that so tomorrow I will be going back to bomb down that single track!

Here’s the elevation graft for the second day.
Really happy with the torque with the 6T winding. Did 32 miles yesterday with no heat issues. This was all off-road riding pretty extreme terrain.

The motor has so much torque I can turn the power setting down on the display to level 3 and I still fly up hills. The display has 5 settings so level 3 is around 60%ish power.
72v x 80amp = 5,760.KW is full power with 200 phase amps

So yeah all in all extremely happy with this slow motor for off-road use! Maybe this will be helpful if anyone is considering :thumb:

The 2 flat parts on the graph was when I was charging :wink:

Honestly wonder how this one compares to my 35H, 6T. That is very close, an 8.5kV motor. I rip around through the mud and forest like that all day spitting dirt like a Bafang HD in first, but at 3x the speed. It does get really hot though. This obviously has much more power and tork. Weight inertia and momentum. Power.

I peak at 8kW. Only 4kW contin. Lol you got 2x that much.

My bike has been covered in mud like that ^^^^ a thousand times or more. You know, they sell shock covers if you are worried about the shock getting filled with mud.

I have pulled other fully loaded 130lb+, dead in the water, ebikers, miles, up hills, faster than most chairlifts. 30mph+. No sweat.

Nice, 6T for the win! What’s your voltage?

I run at 72v, 25.5" rolling diameter wheel ( 19"), reach 42-45mph on the flat, have reached 49mph flat out down the biggest hill I can find, and go up most hills at 35-40mph.... depending on SOC. It just trucks along, no matter the load. I've been impressed. Even towing it didnt bog down. It can tear up a grassy field... into mud.. In a day.

* I am about to put a stronger Kelly, ( 4500w, not 3300w) and a larger battery ( 25Ah, not 15Ah) on the bike.
