Your engineers could simplify the 3D model (no need to show internals) and export it as STL file. I'm guessing the 3D model would only be needed to design mountings and other related items on e-vehicle, so only external dimensions matter.
You do have 2D drawings (but one has to be very persistent, trying to find those) of your motors, showing external dimensions, so it's not that big secret.

If Not, I will have to design and cut one but I have no idea how I will do that. I even dont know how to use 3D modeling.

QS NEW 180 90H Mid drive motor available

The new 180 90H mid drive motor use encorder board to in stead of hall sensor, which will be more stable.

Hi any news about the new mid motor 180? Your website has shown the motor for more then a year but still not possible to buy.

1: Do you know if that new 180 series will be ready this year in 2020?

2: Iirc you last year said something about making the 180 motor with different power output. From QSMOTOR 180 90H up to QSMOTOR 180 135H, is that correct? Would like to know continuous and peak for both of those.

3: If your motor is still in beta testing, possible to buy a beta version? I don't care about warranty, and I can put that in writing for you if like.

Now this 180 8kw 90H mid drive motor is available now.
The unit price is $673/pc
The continue power is 8kw, peak is 16kw, it is encorder board, not hall.

The motor is available now, just for matching the controller it is still testing.

Is the new QS 180 90h available with a 428 sprocket? Or do the 138 sprockets fit on the 180 shaft? Which controller will be best for the Motor?

The new 180 90H we are going to use 530 sprocket, when we ship the item we will match the 530 sprocket well.
138 sprocket does not fit 180 shaft, the size is different.

The controller we are considering is ND721200 or ND721800, still testing.

Why use a 530 sprocket?? Even a 520 would be overkill, a 428 chain and sprocket should be the absolute maximum for this Motor, everything else is just more drag and weight. Will you offer 428 sprockets that fit this shaft, or maybe a belt driven system?

520 or 530 both ok, but 420 worry it could not bear so powerful.

For now, only sprocket type available.

The old sprocket size is 6-4, new is 6-5.
 
Anyone have experience with running any of the QS motor with fardriver controllers? Any bad experiences?

Until now for our own testing, we think far driver is more stable than VOLTA controller.
