Recommendations for custom pack manufacturer?

I'm looking for a QUALITY manufacturer of 18650 or 21700 packs.

72v (20s)
40 - 60Ah
200A continuous
300A 1 min peak
BMS with serial/can

I'm more interested in quality and reliability than price. Any suggestions welcome.

Build your own. Your demands aren't mass market demands, so your solution won't be a mass market solution.

It shouldn't be too hard to hit your performance targets with automotive cells, but with vape pen cells, the non-copper welded connections will constitute a bottleneck. 5C-7.5C peak current is not trivial.

You're not talking to the right audience, then. We're almost all in counties that benefit from labor arbitrage, rather than being a source of labor.
