Sabvoton Error 30H or Error 7

Any ideas what it is?
It shows Error 30H, I reset it, then it shows Error 7 and keeps going like that.

I'm asking on behalf of a colleague of mine, they installed many Sabvotons so I'm guessing they know how to set them up.
Does the hall test have anything to do with the error codes I provided?
