Replace bearings if the bearings themselves are screwed, shim bearings if they don't fit right, get better frame. Options as I see them.

Where's the slop in the swing arm? I don't have that frame, but usually the spacer fits snug between the frame, then the bearings ride in the swing arm and tighten down on the spacer. When you make torque, the bearings should seat, and if by chance the frame is out of spec, bend the flanges, and everything should be snug.
Are you sure you're making torque? It's usually the only way to have slop. Too small a spacer would bind, and too big a spacer wouldn't fit.

Flop?
In the pivot ass’y ?
Or the shock?

In any case:
Rebuild, stiff and lubricated.
Then ride and wear it again.

There is a lot of play in the Pivot Point where the swing arm attaches to the frame I get like a side-to-side motion when I'm riding I ordered a new bushing kit that I've seen on eBay I'm hoping it'll solve the problem

Just wanted to chime in, I have the same frame. The rubber bushing is the problem.. its too soft. Its a pain, but you have to cut out or drill out the rubber bushing and also remove the metal sleeve . that ebay kit is way overpriced. I just used (2) 6001-ZZ Premium Metal Shielded Ball Bearing s, 12x28x8. And made a metal spacer ( the green 3d printed part in that ebay listing) and 2 washers.. The bearings are only about 2 bucks USD each.
