Probably closest would be the Hollyburn from Works Electric. Not sure why on pavement you would want all the suspension since larger rubber should do the job.

Works Electric is definitely a boutique one-off type production set-up. At $8500 per unit it's an "Ouch", but it's a rocket for sure @ 5000w continuous +72v/28Ah! The DragonFly at $1800 utilizes the 4-way independent wish bone suspension as much for turning as for suspension cushioning. It seems way more user friendly and more consumer oriented. Like the 4- wheel design.
