Torque simulation?

Couldn’t seem to find many reviews on these things, is the feature any good? I understand that you dial the assist in current rather than voltage?

I like it. I've tried the voltage based PAS levels (KT controlers give you your choice of either), and don't like it near as well. Torque simulation seems much smoother and more intuitive.
