After properly trashing my "old-style" 2807 rear motor:

I bought a replacement motor that has the new style "square covers":
I'm about to open it up to do the usual phase wire upgrade and temperature probe installation and was wondering f you guys tried different hole patterns on the new covers. If so, any test data, pictures ?
