For a car??? I don't think the EM series is up to it... my EM150SP2 is a great controller but it begins to de-rate if you actually pull 150A for more than 30 seconds or so on my electric motorcycle. Actual continuous discharge is more like 120A. I wouldn't actually count on 200A.

It's a very small car, it's about 600kg without the driver. It used to have <7kw, so double that should be enough 88V x ~150A.
