See you soon boys and girls

Wow, this post was from March. Seems like a long trek from Croatia to Germany. I reckon there were Jews during WW2 in more of a hurry to get to Germany than you are Kressy

With all apologies to folks who paid for one I still reckon it looks like the south end of a north bound dog.
hahaha
You're right though, he has been pedalling (pardon the pun) this propaganda for 2 years now and even assuming it suddenly arrives in plentiful supply tomorrow there's plenty of better and more aesthetically pleasing options now. Sam I reckon you and I could put together a better looking, better performing bike for 3000 euro. And we could do it in a weekend with time for a few beers :p

Ok, so here it goes. First, some context. Someone opened a topic on our local forum, which was about some web page that had linked all the shops where you can buy e-bikes in Croatia. Bioplanet bike was on the list, so I warned that hey are frauds and that they should be removed from the list.

Almost one month later, this guy appears (who works for bioplanet, but doesn't identify himself nor tells what's exactly his job), and writes something like this (comments in brackets are mine explanations):

"three years ago I thought that Z***** S**** (HAL9000v2.0, the creator of greyborg) knew how to make electric bikes. Today I know for sure that he doesn't. Not only that he didn't make FEM analysis, he also knows less about technology and creating manufacturing process than the average high school student. After 2 years we fixed everything according to professional rules with help from foreign partners. But the main thing is that S**** (he created nickname for HAL9000v2.0, his surname shortened in bad manner) took money and didn't deliver what he promised. So much about so-called (quasi) engineers and frauds. If anybody has some problems he is free to contact us."

Then he posted this link:

"a little jumping for poor ones (thinks on us, from the forum): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMTF9AxLGrY "

Some other guys on the forum asked for their location, his answer was:

"ZG (stands for Zagreb, our capital)"

Then he continues:

"this reminds me of some childish talk... my daddy is stronger than yours; hahaha; btw, good voice can be heard from far away, but the bad voice (eg bad reputation) even further. Sometimes even the bad marketing is good marketing... So if someone wants a lecture in marketing, he can send me a PM "

After someone said that he's lost his words, he replies:

"We are too small company to afford something like this: http://www.bicycleretailer.com/recalls/2014/09/03/orbea-recalls-715-avant-road-bikes-because-fork-concerns#.VFCezVePbT0; S*** engineering (aka hal's engineering or some shit like that (his words!) ) framed us with 100 lousy (off-key) frames from the zero series. If you guys behave, you can ask for 1000€ voucher for the first bioplanet bikes from stuttgart which are coming in spring. oleee..."

Then, after I told him that they framed people he says:

"Everything that has been paid for, was completely delivered. F**ck it, ebike industry is like porno industry, you have to pay first and then ride. And these "dogs" that are barking come from the competitors camp. I would't even call them competition because they are producing illegal bikes that aren't even supposed to go on the road, like all of your diy ones, right? "

And that was his last entry. Terrible, I know

Thank you for taking the time to translate that.

There is no doubt in my mind that the unknown bioplanet worker is Kresimir. His capacity to lie is astounding. Have a read back through his comments here.

I have heard Hal9000 was never paid for his work for Kresimir and I know they have not delivered what was paid for. I never received my promised refund or bike.

Really sorry man.
I just saw that the mother****** is selling two bioplanet bikes on Croatian advertisment website, "Njuskalo". It's something like "craigslist" in US.

http://www.njuskalo.hr/elektricni-bicikli/elektricni-bicikl-bioplanet-bike-oglas-15531756
I have to admit I am really temped to ask for a test drive and beat the **** out of whoever comes with the bike.
The crowbar in my car sits idle for too long....

Sorry for hate speech, but I hate guys like this.

I am pissed off right now.
I've sent an email to "njuskalo" support, saying that they have known fraudster advertising on their site, and received quite interesting response. They said that they contacted the seller "bikeParts" and that the seller claims he didn't do anything like that, "buyer gave up on the deal".
Was this event ever reported to police in Croatia? I know police was mentioned, but was it actually reported?

True, "njuskalo" doesn't care. They just quoted the articles in laws which wash their hands.
All the responsibility is on buyers and sellers and "let the institutions do their job"
But they sure did hear the beauty of our language
On the other side, police can be pressed to do their job, if you know the right "buttons" (people).

I guess if you want the police on your side should deliberately set up an email campaign to all the known police emails and just try and sell them the bike and then when they hand over there money and then don't get any bike they will totally be on your side.

Update! This guy Kresimiri Budinski just posted his bio planet bike on the Endless Sphere Facebook group (ESFB) and what it seems to be another attempt in baiting our members over there that are not aware of this issue. We had contained the guy thanks to samd and the others. Thought you guys wanna know. 8)

Snooped around his FB page and seems like he was in attendance on Eurobike this year. I guess some tracks to follow for those who are tracking this guy.

Jeez that group gets a lot of posts! Took me forever to find his submission - even knowing it happened about the 2nd of Nov. Thank you for alerting people there about Mr Budinski's character and past business dealings.
