So contact Voilamart and ask if they have any returns. I'm sure they get them all the time. Ask for just the motor, less wheel or maybe you might need the wheel. it might be bent also.

Markz is right, just as I said before on swap wires. You can put any amp controller to test and even ride it as long as you pedal starts and not full throttle. Once again just to test! Dan

Have you tried switching the phase wires to get rotation. Maybe halls. Never switch red and black!!!

I agree with you in most cases. "Dumb" not the term but maybe you might say not trained in that field. They might be much smarter in other fields than you but able to stumble their way in your field. Smarter? Not too sure on that term. Just makes it easier for most of us. Dan

I know this is about the battery but I think there are other concerns. Your other packs are also shutting down too early in my mind. If you can't get 1.5 miles at less than 18mph there is more problems than just that pack. At that speed I see 2+ M/AH. A 28 AH 44v (12s) pack gets almost 65 miles...

It sounds like the motor is running in reverse. Try turning the motor backwards then hit the throttle. The motor should stop the wheel or help it spin in reverse. Did any wires come disconnected? Does the controller have a self-learning connector? Can't be anything in the motor if the new one...
