    If I remember right either keep current or current decay are setting which dial back the power once you reach a particular cadence. As above poster mentioned that website is great for programming guidance. There are forum posts knocking about with settings you can download and try too.

    I'm not with my bike right now so can't test but was planning on testing this using the throttle. Set low to 100, mid to 250 and high to 500. Get the rear wheel off the ground and hit full throttle in each of your 5 power levels and see the max watts.

    I have the same with my stealth, each time I've managed to get a bit more of a turn on the bottom bracket nut it's gotten a bit better. I don't have the correct tool so used a pair of wide mouth grips with some innertube for protection but I think I need the proper tool to really tighten it up.
