That will feel fine, and if that is where you can reach the water easier, perfect. But if its harder to reach the water there, then swap it.

I would move the controller. you have a fender, but its still wetter down by the bottom of the frame. Put your controller on top of the fender, but right under your ass. Looks like the controller is water proof, but nothing is water proof, only water resistant. And then, possibly moving the controller would mean moving the battery to seat tube.


Either place in the frame, including hanging from the top tube will feel fine while you ride.
