charger blew a cap?

So looking to replace a cap in my bms 400 watt charger.

Only print on it is ntc 50-11 its right next to the input power.

No luck at electronic frys or searches. Where do I purchase this.

Some searches said its a thermistor?

it may say NTC 5 ohms 11mm

you need to post up a picture. is it directly in line from the AC and there is a fuse next to it inline?

i have some 15mm thermistors, 6.3A. larger than that one if it is what i think. $2 by mail.
