Hey guys

I ordered two EM-150s for a project assuming (that’s what I get I guess) they were rated for 150 amps, but I’m seeing in their documentation that it’s rated for 120A. Is this right or am I missing something?

Without being able to see the entire table it appears you may be misreading it. There is the EM150 (no S) which lists 120A. The EM150S lists 150A. At what Voltage?

Oh, ok. I see my confusion. I thought you meant you had two EM150S… as in the controller type, not the pluralization of EM150.

Got it. I have 2x EM-150. Could have been clearer. Given the numbering I assumed EM-150 = 150 amps, but it appears to equal 120

FWIW after having used my EM150s for a while I think 120A is a better max continuous current than 150A. My bike could only maintain a 150A current for a minute or so before it began to derate to 100A. 120A is pretty solid and can continue about that current for long stretches of highway.
