Insulated crimp terminal for battery extension cable?

Hi, can I use this to extend my battery cable from the battery to the controller? http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/maplin-insulated-crimp-terminal-butt-splice-yellow-ml87u I have 1500W controller. Will this thing be able to handle the power or do I risk damaging the controller if I connect it this way?

The biggest (yellow) is only rated for 30 amps.....

Well, I should not exceed that with 1500W controller, but I guess it's not the best connection..

Best way I have found is a small piece of copper pipe used as a solder connection, but don't forget to put some shrink wrap down the cable first so you can insulate the joint easily.

If you haven't got any small 8 or 10 MM. Pipe then it's possible to slit a but of 15mm pipe and roll it to a smaller diameter.
