My problem with kt36 controller …

i have a kt36 controller , I don’t need the lcd display i short gnd with rx as this wiring diagram, but it still not working, is there anything can i check to run it ??

Yes my friend …
When i connect the battery it’s make a little spark and i check throttle voltage its give me a 4.9v and voltage increases on signal from 0.8 to 4.2v

You can always put the display back on, and make sure the controller runs the bike before the jumper mode. But the jumper is working, as the controller is giving you power to run the throttle.

Possible wiring issues would include brakes plugged in, but their switches are engaged. Also continuity of phase wires to motor and phase wires not in sync.

Would one need to set the parameters to throttle use in the settings before abandoning the display?
