Are you able to see the pictures?

You don't have any pictures attached to the post, and you don't have any links to pictures in your text, so there aren't any pictures to see.

You do have an attempt to make your text gigantic, which there is no reason to do. Thankfully you didn't put any text between the size markers so your text remains normal-sized and readable.

If you click the Attachments tab below the box you type the text in, you can directly upload the picture files, and then anyone that can see the post can see the pictures.

If you use external site links, then 1) only those with access to the site (not everyone, depends on their location and their provider, etc) can see the pics, and 2) when the site changes or goes away all the pics are lost, and the thread is left orphaned and useless (especially because the text you do have in your post doesn't have enough detail to make sense).

He thinks Amber wolf I appreciate that!!! this is the forum have admired for longest time. and now i have something contribute!

There we go! :)

Looks good so far; is that an Agni motor?

If you'd type in the details of what you're trying to accomplish, and what you've done so far, and still have to go, along with what parts you're using, it would be helpful to others that come along and want to do something similar. The more details, the better. ;)

OK amberwolf ! You got it the first attempt ended up with me going over the handlebars realizing I needed more break.... as it turns out you can't send 18 Kw through a bicycle  also rim brakes smoke at a certain point in there life with me as there master.
But enough back story. The controller I was using is one of the cheap Kelly controller KDH12600. but no matter how the computer software tells me the the acceleration table is linear it's really not. The motor is from cloud electric. With part number D135RAG I will attach the pdf from LMC. The first battery pack that I made was 30 A123 20Ah cells squeezed between two plates quarter inch aluminum. And will not be used the second te around.

Wow nice build!
What battery cells are those? And did you keep them that far apart for cooling? Otherwise it seems you would have room for more cells when getting them closer together. And with more cells in parallel they stay cooler anyway. Also the seat seems to be very far rearward.
Keep up the good work :thumb:

Those are LIFEPO4 Headway cells. Also being used in BMW i3. I have a lot of these for sale because I do not use them. I'rather stick to Lipo because of the weight.

Slowco thanks for the comment! It means a lot!
And you hit the nail on the proverbial head!! The cell's are space far apart for air cooling and also, space and for a rubber retaining ring to keep them isolated from the aluminum sheets that hold them together. I set the seat that far back for a comfy ride.

Well after some time, I finally got the dam thing mostly usable. The 38120 headway cells did not go over so well..... so RC Lipo it is. 2 series 4 parallel.
Within the pack. There are 12 cells in total, half of which are in series. The other half are in parallel total pack voltage 100.8@ 20Ah. I have completed a 30 mile 15 there and 15 back. Got back to my house at 82 volts. Max discharge i's at 72 volts. More distance writing will be performed at a later date.
So my big question now is should I make another one to sell? If you guy's and girl's could imagine,
A bike with options, in which you could select total output power or range could be selected. Or a fine balance of the two. With the option of being brushless or brushed. Having the ability to choose Total pack voltage and/or ampacity of motor controller.
Price for......
Motor 1700$
Motor controller 570$
Battery's 2000$ Frame/fab/fit/weld.....finish to come later. Keeo this in min, this is a prototype, so I am asking you guy's and girl's, would any of you pay for a bike capable of 30KW no joke. And if so how much? For me, I have the Sigma Drive motor controller PME817S. And at full tilt It will pull 160 amps, at 98 volts ish. Which more or less is about 15 KW or also. But there is much more room to grow. My question to you, is how much would you pay for a 10-20-30-40-50-60-70 KW motorcycle?

So some of the progress i have made in some time...
