I process large quantities of high drain 18650s. I have regular buyers for these but thought I might see if there is any interest / need here for cells.
I've built a few packs from these cells an have all performed better than expected. I test all cells at 1 amp on opus charger/discharger.
The cells are used but definitely not at the end of their lives, usually far from it.
As an example, I currently have 60 x Samsung 30Q. All testing above 2800mah, with majority still 3000mah remaining capacity. These I sell for $2 AUD each.
I regularly get other cells including Samsung 20R, 25R, LG HE2 etc.
Really only for Melbourne people. I live outer east of Melbourne.
As I mentioned this is more to get cells to those who don't want to, or can't pay new cell prices
