What is the best way to learn about using emrax motors?

I am wondering if anyone has seen a good resource for building with the emrax motors. They are used in formula SAE cars.

They have good power to weight ratio. Maybe there are better options like a tesla drive unit but it would prob be much heavier. Im new to this but intetested in learning.

My project is a cross cart. I want to make one like james biggar on youtube.
