Which charger?

I'm building the first of what might be 3 or 4 electric bikes and am trying to pick a charger. I plan on using Turnigy lipo in 12s 2p or 3p mostly, but depending on the resultant speed might want to use 10s to 14s for some of the bikes. At least one bike needs to have a very simple charge routine so my wife can just plug and play on the bike with dismantling the pack. I know I need at least a 6s balance charger for maintenance but it might be nice to be able to balance charge while still connected.

I have 3 HP server supplies to mod as needed to provide power for the chargers.

So far the short list looks like:

- Hyperion 1420i Net3
Pro: 14s capable. Simple hookup because I could make up a db-25 charge cord and balance charge on the on the bike.
Con: Complicated menu setup to start charging, don't know if my wife will want to deal with all that.

- Thunder 1220 http://www.endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=44370
Pro: 12s capable. Same db-25 capability as the Hyperion but limited to 12s. Simpler menus/UI? Cheaper.
Con: Less well known than Hyperion. Less power (not sure this matters much).

- BC-168 http://www.endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=41107

Pro: Fast balancing. Cheap. Seems easy to get started with before fancy harnesses are made up.
Con: Limited to 6s, would need a bulk charger to supplement it.

Also, some sort of bulk charger. I don't favor the BMS battery nes because the similar one that came with my 24V Ping lacks PFC and runs around 60% or less power factor. I'd like it to be more efficient. I don't know what the alternatives are though.

I'd like to hear from anyone who has experience or well reasoned opinions about these chargers or about any charging options I've missed. Thanks!
