How much does the GTS1000 chassis weigh as pictured?

Can’t say because the swingarm is also rebuild.
But I can weight the front + mainframe if you are interested.

That's quite the truck you got there.
Sorry, I am not native speaker … good or bad news for me? It‘s the design of the mainframe and the front end which make my decision to use it. To be honest I don’t like the normal design but I saw the potential in it with some modifications. I drove the up to 290kg/ 639lbs before we started to reinstall all the stuff. We need 5 hours for it and you mane don’t know how many screws and edges were in this bike. I also now that the material of the frame is Die-cast aluminum, so not easy to weld via wig.

"Quite the truck" is a good thing. It's the part that rolls. Figuring out how to hang the motor and batteries is a whole other thing!

The motor will be in the rear wheel. It’s a QS 273 70 12kW car motor.
The battery will be placed under the mainframe.

Less! Wanna place 4x 6S + 1x 3S in series 27S (4or5P)
The mainframe will lift up later on because of the bigger tyres.

Put the old GSXR 600 swingarm into the frame.
It will not really fit. To small and the QS motor with 45mm axcle is fit to a 50mm hole. I also can’t use the old damper because the cut out in the swingarm where the damper went trough is to small.

Tried to update the handle bar mounting.
Now the handle bar is 1“ deeper and there be an option to get it another 1“ deeper by turning the mounting adapter.

Thanks a lot. Well I made a sketch before but I also know that sketch and reality will not match 100% at the end 😉

Yes, I wanted to use Fardriver 962400. I already paid for it but today I got an email that the tests are struggling. They want to offer me now the 961800 track version.
I am asking now for 1081800 track version to use 5x 6S Lipos in series. 6500mAh 100C, as I used in my other bike. Wanna go 5P.
The 1081800 operates now only to 1200A battery/1800A motor phase current.

Fardriver has problems with delivering/production with all of their bigger 108V controllers-

Yes, I got it. I ordered now the 961800 track version (129 kW). So it can handle up to 1350 bat amps and 1800 phase amps and they will return me 1100$.
Will be enough for the 12kW motor to barbecue it 😉
