Will evaluate and decide on type of bearing.
Since I lubricate gearbox every 1000 miles or so, I might replace with non-sealed bearings, might last longer!
I have a good quality digital caliper so I will try to confirm 12mm x 28mm x 8mm bearing size.

(< 1/4" left and proper MY1018 brushes are $7 + $20 shipping (from Australia) - so I will retire this motor to parts bin, waiting for a burn up or ... ?)
Used my cordless leaf blower to clean out brush "dust".
Nasty cloud caught me by surprise!
