    Just buy a pre built 18650 pack with a charger and be done with it. If you need somebody to give you a shopping list for lipo bits and pieces you need to do more research IMHO

    I think I'm gunna need a bigger motor :D The Mxus doesn't seem to like having 80 amps pushed through it for very long but it sure is fun. I will give the ferro fluid a go but some how i think i might need a QS

    That is for parallel connection so you will still end up with 6s configuration If you would like 12s you need a serial type adapter. What batteries are you buying post a link.

    Hi RTL I went to purchase the bell but after trying the Fox i couldn't justify spending twice the money for something very uncomfortable. The fox helmet feels nice i like it cost me $160 bell is a good brand but it didn't fit my fat head as good as the Fox did

    Have you tried swapping two of the phase wires I dont think turning the regen settings off will make any difference but who knows. It mentions in the manual that autodetect will be interrupted if you release throttle or activate brake signal.

    Hi Andrew try changing the wheel direction in settings + or - this worked for me or apply a very small amount of brake pressure while attempting autodetect only a very small amount. If you have brakes with reed switches disconnect the switches first

    Good to hear from you Kiwi. Funny you should mention overheating the MXUS I'm on holidays ATM so i put in some miles on the bike today and yes i reached 110 degrees Celsius no oil. Good thing about having the Adaptto when the MXUS got hot the controller won't let you abuse the motor any...

    Lol i wish it was that simple it should have been. I must have a dodgy display . Whats a new display worth? The one i have is still in warranty but by the time i send it back to Russia they fix it post it back to Australia I'm probably looking at a 2 month waiting time.

    Eaton APR48-3G 1.8kW Light Compact Charger PSU

    It works fine for 20s batteries if you have Adappto bms and charge coil. My pack is 20s i have Adaptto bms and coil and i am using an Eaton that i got from Allex right now to charge. You will have to solder both AC and DC leads and plugs before you can use it.
