I have a question, I currently have a 3 wheel E-Bike running on 48V 20aH battery and a 48V DC 500W Brushless Motor.
My controller indicates 48v-60V input.

If I upgrade my battery to 60V 25aH, will it fry my brushless motor?

I just installed my homemade 60V pack onto a ghetto-shunt-modded generic 1000w Chinese controller into a Dapu hub motor.. it is significantly faster, and hasnt't blown up in 100km of hard riding (controller gets a bit warm though, will fabricobble a simple heatsink). The caps in my controller is 63V volts so.. that might be a problem someday, I am really just goofing around learning.

But check your caps! They should be minimum 63V or better.

Other thing you will want to check is the low voltage shutoff of the controller as it may be a bit low for the battery.

If you have a proper BMS in your battery it will have a low voltage cutoff, so no worries then!
