Max charging current 5a
Which rate is correct ? it's going to be 3 hours vs 5 hours to charge.

The pack looks like it will voltage sag if I just look at it.

It pays to get a decent 18650 pack or go the lipo route with an rc charger and a server psu, these cheap ass packs won't give a 350watt hub motor a licking.

Get someway of monitoring voltages if it feels saggy then it's flat as a pancake or the pack is shizer.

But what do you want what are you trying to power how much you want to pay level ground up hills what controller you trying to run as that tells us what the demands on the battery
Battery needs to know what has to power. Right ?
