Location, each area has it's dangers, people in mud huts don't have many a+e trips with fractures from falling down the stairs or scooter accidents but equally the dangers they face are even more life threatening it has to be as their life expectancy is less than our own.
Danger has many faces and many forms if we all drove to work on scooters not cars the danger would be reduced I believe the problem is the scooter is like a small dog running round amongst rhinos so while the rhino roams the dog best use caution.
