Down tube battery mount issues

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a down tube battery
and the two original water bottle bosses of the bike (aluminium frame), doesn't seem to be in the right place to fit the battery mount with integrated controller.


Chances are drill a third hole for a rivet nut. Not my favorite.
Get the triple Bob mount from Grin.
Or try B rad 3 Wolf tooth mount to do the job.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I used three of these to mount Hailong cased packs on a couple of different bikes. If your bike has straight round tubing, it might be an option for you:

If your bike has non-round tubes, your best bet is probably adding rivnuts.

Good find, but unfortunately it's a square section tube.
