Stuck need help I have a ersin hybrid ebike it says it had not got a limiter on it but it won't let me go 11 mph is it won't cause i pushed the wrong button or that I just haven't got a clue please help

Is that in level 5 on the display? If not, hit the up arrow until it’s set to this highest assist level and try it.
