I am looking for some crank arms that will allow me to mate this freewheel to a square taper crank.

https://www.cyclone-tw.com/product/13/data/37 these look good but I would like to find a place that is not charging $40 for shipping.

Am I stuck getting those or am I just not searching the right terms?

Luna cycle in california might have what you are looking for. Where are you ordering it from because in canada you are charged 40$ extra for import due to fed ex ground is luna's provider by choice.

I ordered the freewheel from luna but could not find the cranks on their site.

Look for trials cranks online. They come in square taper and Isis interface both with freewheel threads on the drive side.

This is correct.

Unicycle cranks won't help, because none of them have freewheel threads.

Trials cranks are pretty short, usually between 140mm and 165mm. You might have to go to an overseas supplier to find square taper trials cranks.
