I've updated the firmware of many bbshd controller's and today I went to open code file and was greeted by this message.
"The file is over the validscope, and the exceeding part has been moved to EEPROM area"
I also get this different variation;
"The file is over the validscope, and the exceeding part has been cleared!"
If I continue as I usually would, I end up getting e30. I didn't change anything and have been using the latest stc program. I've even tried older stc versions and still receive this message.
I'm not a seasoned pro or anything so I'm hoping someone on here can shed some light on how to remedy this issue. I updated firmwares on bbshd controller's successfully just this past week with no issues.
I should note that I was able to successfully flash Daniel Nielson open source firmware (hex file) but unable to flash any other firmwares (I like to have my controller's to be compatible with eggriders and the speed app).
