I ordered one from pswpower Jan 27, that one never shipped, my order was cancelled and a refund was issued. I ordered it again Feb 17 and trackings says "Leaving from departure country/region"

The first casing I ordered from pswpower back in Jan was never shipped and I was issued a refund. The second casing I ordered a week ago has a tracking that says "Departed from departure country/region". If the second order falls through, I would be interested in your's. I'll know in a week or so.
