hi can anyone tell me what the closed or open balaNCE SETTING DOES,ALSO WHAT VOLTAGE SHOULD I SET THE CELL BALANCE START VOLTAGE AT ON THE APP,CHEERS,ps sorry about the caps.

Agreed. When a so called member asks for help, but doesn't even bother to provide the basic level of information needed, then they will require the patience to wait for someone willing to go through the back and forth necessary to extract that information.
