I have a helbiz wheels ebike.. But i want to make it run

It looks like Luna Cycles may be located near you. Although your detailed description and photos are helpful, being able to see the bike and the two units and compare the connectors and features, etc., would make the process much more efficient.

Ok, lets just start with some basic concepts.

1) We do not live in your head.

2) When taking pictures, please try to make sure you get all the data. All the chips, the board on both sides, and make sure it is all in focus. see #1

3) A good place to start any conversation is to interact with the other participants in a fashion that is conducive to communications.
For example: "High my name is Timmy, I have a scooter that has problems, I think it is a controller board issue. Does anyone know about XYZOnYoFeet scooters? I have one and it is not moving. can I get help identifying my problem"

To clarify, we do *not* live in your house nor your head, we need a little background info before the lovely experts here can help you. I am not an expert in any of this, I am however an expert at cheeky responses that are generally funny. So, give em the data, I am fairly certain someone here will be kind enough to offer advice.

If you bought the controller from ebay/amazon/other online source provide a link to the controller or at the very least the brand and model of controller. All these smart ass answers do no one any good.
