I aired it back up, but a couple hours later it was going soft again. I think the bicycle slime worked well in the cooler winter, but it couldn't handle the heat now that it's gotten warmer. What works better is the tubeless tire slime that comes in the gallon jug. It has solid particles in it that the bicycle variety lacks. Of course I needed my bike for a 30 mile communte today, so I had to replace the tube last night. The good news is I've gotten so good at removing the rear wheel it's not nearly the hassle it used to be.

Can't you just fill it up with slime? sure it will add rotational mass but damn it would last a lot longer.

You asked for it!!!! This is it!! My ode to Rix. Do you recognize your frame Rix??? My bike is dead so I swapped out all the guts and put them into this frame. The military green does look pretty cool...
My frame shit the bed officially. I will post up pics illustrating how Fed up the frame got. But not to worry its being reborn, custom water cut pieces are being manufactured as we speak that will make my frame way stronger then stock!
I'm going to post up some of the process of swapping because I came across some interesting things during the swap. Our bikes are truly hand made and each one is slightly different. LONG LIVE THE KING!!!!!! (BTW I'm keeping my shock!!!!!)
