Battery build mock up,I will use fiberglass for the slotted top section and plastic box with aluminum end pieces with long bolts end to end

Plan to put them in that size box,
With silicone bead along the bottom so it sits on something besides the pressed seam of the pouch , I cut the spacers down again just kept the lip, having foam on the pouch cell makes it springe when stacking them and will make it harder to find the right compression of pack.

Going for 2 48volt packs and different layout,with the new setup all spacers will be plastic, maybe a very skinny copper flat bar between cells with silver solder to sort the dissimilar metals?
